This Agreement

  • Applies when the user (you) who are dealing with Trusty Money for Foreign Exchange Services (a service to convert your Australian Dollars to a foreign currency, then pay to your beneficiary).
  • This Agreement is a master agreement which applies to all transactions you subsequently enter into with us. The specific details of each transaction will be agreed separately at such time as you book those transactions, they will constitute separate agreements in their own right but will incorporate these terms and conditions.

Our Service is Money Transfer Service via Online System

Our company provide money transfer services from Australia to Thailand. We're a legally registered a company in Australia to let every customer be confident that the company is stable and have a standard, so your money will reach the recipient quickly and securely, including good rates.

Your Instructions

Username and Password
The username and password that you were assigned with will enable you to provide us with instructions through our website. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your username and password. We will act on instructions received under the use of the username and password without checking the identity of the user and you will at all times be bound by those instructions. Trusty Money will not be liable for any losses you incur from somebody misusing your username and password to access our web services.

Important condition

1. Our Business Hours are Monday to Friday 10.00 am - 6.00 pm Sydney/Melbourne Australia (Please check your transfer detail again. If you enter an incorrect account number, your funds may be paid to an unintended recipient and they may not be recovered. We do not check that the account name matches with the account number: Once final authorisation has been completed, your payment will be lodged and cannot be cancelled.)
2. Only bank to bank transfer only. Cash and Cheque transaction NOT accepted.
3. via website transfer, the rate can be changed at any time. Before placing the order, please check the rate and calculate.
4. For internet banking transfers, the money will be pending over the next business day. Once we received the money, we will process the transfer within that working business day.
5. when you make a transfer via the internet banking system please put your membership number in the reference or description section to make your transaction clearer and faster.
6. In the case of customers making a money transfer via the website on Weekends, we will continue to process the transfer on the next business day (* excluding public holidays).


Transaction Cancellation

We may refuse to perform your transaction instructions or we may cancel a transaction or cancel all current transactions or freeze the account that you have with us without notice:
1. if you fail to make any payment when it is due.
2. if you fail to provide any material information we have requested or any information you have given us is or becomes, in our opinion, materially inaccurate or misleading.
3. in the event of your death or loss of mental capacity.
4. in the event that bankruptcy proceedings are commenced against you.
5. if the fulfilment of our obligations under this agreement becomes illegal.
6. if a serious dispute has arisen between us, or
7. if you breach an important term of this agreement or any transaction. We are under no obligation to explain why we removed the account or cancelled the transaction.

Consequences of cancelling a transaction in the above paragraph 1. we reserve the right to deduct a processing fee. The fee will be a minimum of AUD $100 to pay for any administration costs incurred. No payment of profit - We will not pay you any profit arising from cancelling a Transaction in any circumstances.
